At James & Sons, we take pride in offering only the finest premium cigars. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited to defective items or shipments damaged in transit. We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as preference, change of mind, or personal taste.
Defective or Damaged Cigars
If you receive cigars that are defective, damaged, or improperly stored, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery
.Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or credit for the affected items.
Shipping Issues
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any damages or missing items must be reported immediately to ensure proper resolution.

All cigars are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality.For safety, freshness, and compliance with health regulations, we cannot accept returns on cigars for non-defective reasons.
